Pastoral Associate Mrs. Kimberly Chapman

Coordinator of Youth Ministry (Grades 6-12) Mrs. Margaret Jerasa

Our Goal for ALL of Formation: To hand on our Catholic faith to your children and young people, thereby allowing for them to foster a life-long relationship with Jesus Christ through the Church.

Sacramental preparation notes–per Diocesan preparation guidelines,  First Sacraments are prepared for and celebrated when the child is in at least 2nd grade.  The child must participate in sacramental preparation in their home parish along with either the parish religious education program, or attendance at Catholic school.  Confirmation is prepared for when youth are in at least 10th grade.  Youth must participate in confirmation preparation in their home parish along with either the parish youth program, or current attendance at a Catholic high school.

Program Format/Curriculum:

Pre-K through 5th Grade will welcome the return of our hands-on family workshop activities. These interactive sessions will help bring to life the things your child is learning at Mass and with you at home!  We will continue to use the Pflaum Gospel Weeklies to connect sessions to, and reinforce what our children are hearing during Mass.

6-12th Grade will be utilizing Lifeteen materials and incorporating an array of service, social and spirituality developing events throughout the year.

Sacramental Preparation will utilize Pflaum sacrament materials for all levels. Preparation will include a series of parent meetings and formation, at-home family preparation, gathered formation sessions and retreats–based on the sacrament being prepared for.

All program materials are available in a bilingual format, which you will indicate in registration.
